The world’s largest public Bitcoin holder, Strategy, has added more BTC to its holdings as the price fell to $112,000 last week.

According to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, Strategy acquired 3,081 Bitcoin (BTC) for $ million during the week ending Sunday.

Saylor’s business intelligence software company bought its most recent batch of Bitcoin at an average price of $115,829 per coin, as BTC started the week around $116,700 before dropping to $112,000 on Thursday, as per CoinGecko.

This latest acquisition has brought Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings to 632,457 BTC, purchased for approximately $46.5 billion at an average price of $73,527 per coin.

Strategy’s recent Bitcoin buy follows two smaller purchases, including a 430 BTC acquisition announced last Monday and another 155 BTC buy the week before that.

With this new purchase, Strategy has acquired 3,666 BTC this month, which marks a significant decline compared to the 31,466 BTC purchased in July. In June, Strategy bought 17,075 BTC.

This is a developing story, and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
